Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Shipping Options
We offer several delivery options at checkout:

Ground (UPS): 3–5 business days – $14

Overnight (UPS Next Day): 1 business day – $45
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume seasons.
Free Shipping
Orders over $75 qualify for free USPS Standard shipping.
Shipping Delays
Please note that USPS is currently experiencing higher-than-normal package volumes. While we process and ship all orders on time, some packages may take longer to arrive and tracking may not update until the package is out for delivery. Almost all orders are delivering successfully, but transit times may be extended during busy seasons.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at info@laceandluster.co so we can file a claim with the carrier.

USPS packages must be in transit for 15 days before we can open a claim.

If the package cannot be located after the carrier’s investigation, we will reship your items if available. If the items are out of stock, we will issue a refund.
Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for stolen packages. If the carrier confirms delivery, we are unable to provide a refund. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please reach out directly to the carrier.
Carrier Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping fees are non-refundable if carriers do not meet their estimated delivery times.
