Return & Store Credit Policy

Returns

We hope you love your purchases! If you need to return an item, online orders are eligible for store credit only when returned within 14 business days of delivery. After this period, returns cannot be accepted.

Final Sale Items

  • Items purchased at a discount of 30% or more or in the SALE category are FINAL SALE.

  • Certain items are always final sale, including accessories, leggings, bodysuits, graphic tees, PJs, makeup, sweatshirts, swimwear, and athletic wear.

  • Items marked Final Sale on your packing slip cannot be returned.

  • Returning a final sale item will incur a 20% restocking fee deducted from your store credit.

Condition Requirements

  • Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return.

  • No stains, odors, pet hair, or damage of any kind will be accepted.

  • Hygiene-sensitive items such as bodysuits and swimwear cannot be returned once worn.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. All returns are issued as store credit.

Return Instructions

  1. Contact us at info@laceandluster.co for assistance.

  2. Include your packing slip with the return.

  3. Wrap items neatly in paper or packaging to protect them during transit.

  4. Shoes must be returned in their original box, placed inside a shipping box. Do not attach shipping labels directly to the shoe box.

Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for processing. Store credit will be issued via email.

Damaged Items

  • Damaged items must be reported within 2 days of receipt.

  • Email info@laceandluster.co with photos of the damage.

  • Color variations due to monitors, lighting, or photography are not considered damaged.
